Tasklane

About

We build calm software for busy teams

Tasklane is project management for growing teams who want to see who owns what and know what ships this week.

Why Tasklane exists

Work rarely fails because people stop caring. It gets lost between a spreadsheet, a chat thread and the meeting where someone said “I’ll take that.” By Friday nobody is sure who owns what.

Tasklane puts every project in its own lane. Each card has one owner and one state, so the board answers the questions a status meeting usually spends an hour on.

We keep the product calm on purpose. Fewer settings, steady releases and a board that looks the same on Monday as it did on Friday, so your team can trust it with real deadlines.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Clarity over features

We add something only when it makes the board easier to read. If a setting needs a manual, we rethink it instead of shipping it.

  • Your data stays yours

Your plans belong to your team, not to us. We never sell what you put in Tasklane, and we treat leaving as carefully as arriving.

  • Reliable by default

A planning tool is only useful if it’s there on Monday morning. We ship carefully and favour steady improvements over big surprises.

  • People answer support

When you write to us, a person on our team reads it and replies. Questions about plans, setup or security never disappear into a queue.
